Maybe we can get a group together to do the GIST walk. Looks like it's a beautiful setting, with a lake on one side of the park and the Hudson on the other. Congers is just north of Nyack, so it's not to far for people to travel from the city, New Jersey or Westchester. And the weather should be great early in October, with the leaves starting to turn. I'm into it!
I'll post more details as I learn them, and will check out anyplace nearby to have lunch afterward (always one of my first concerns: where/when do we eat?).
